Measuring your foot

Place a sheet of paper against a wall and stand on it with your heel touching the wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark. Measure both feet, use the larger one, and measure at the end of the day.

Measuring your body

Bust / chest — around the fullest part, tape level. Waist — around your natural waist, above the navel. Hip — around the fullest part, about 8 in (20 cm) below the waist. Measure over thin clothing and keep the tape snug, not tight.
