It is a quieter way to wear texture, with nothing competing across the chest, so a shirt collar or a necklace underneath still reads clearly. The yarn is soft-spun and mid-weight, warm enough to wear alone indoors and thin enough to slide under a coat sleeve without bunching.

The V-neckline is ribbed and holds its shape, as do the long cuffs and the hem, which keeps the knit sitting where you put it rather than stretching out by the afternoon.
