Every measurement here is taken from the garments themselves, laid flat and listed in US inches — allow up to 1 in either way. Bust and waist are given as ranges because the top is corset-cut and laces at the back, so it adjusts within the span shown. This runs small and the skirt is genuinely short — 10.6 in at S and 12.2 in at XL, measured from the waistband down, so plan on the stockings. If you fall between two sizes, take the larger one.
